Kim Bonder Rezanka has become managing shareholder of Dean Mead’s Viera/Melbourne office. Rezanka represents business entities and individuals in matters involving either contracts or governmental activities.

L.A. Perkins has opened L.A. Perkins Law Firm PLLC at 1800 N. Military Trail, Suite 470, Boca Raton 33431. The practice focuses on counseling, litigation, and mediation in the areas of trademark and copyright law, employment law, and business disputes.

Edgar Asebey-Birkholm has joined Roetzel in Ft. Lauderdale, where he will serve as the FDA Industry Group manager. Asebey-Birkholm focuses on counseling U.S. and overseas companies in the food, pharmaceutical, medical device, and cosmetic areas on compliance, registration, importation and enforcement matters related to these FDA-regulated products.

Lisa A. Dasher has opened Lisa A. Dasher, LLC, located in Orange Park. The firm focuses on mediation and social investigation/parenting plan evaluations.

Sandra P. Greenblatt has joined Lubell/Rosen as a partner in Coral Gables. Greenblatt focuses on medical malpractice defense and is board certified in health law.

The Pacific Legal Foundation is a watchdog organization that litigates for limited government, property rights, individual rights, free enterprise, and a balanced approach to environmental regulations in courts nationwide.

Christopher P. Mueller became a shareholder with Taylor, Day, Grimm, Boyd & Johnson in Jacksonville and Karen Ibach Bowden has joined the firm as senior counsel.
