The 11th Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission is now accepting application to fill an opening on the circuit bench created by the retirement of Judge Joseph Farina.
Applicants must have been a member of the Bar for the preceding five years, registered voters and reside in Miami-Dade County.
Applications may be downloaded from The Florida Bar’s website at www.floridabar.org.
A complete application and 10 copies must be received by Marva L. Wiley, JNC Chair, 9999 NE 2nd Avenue, Suite 310, Miami Shores 33138 no later than 5 p.m., September 7. The inclusion of a photograph is encouraged. Do not submit three-ring binders.
