Javier F. Aviñó has become a parner with Bilzin Sumberg Baena Price & Axelrod in Miami in the government relations and land development groups.

Rachel L. Ricci joined Fogel Law Group in Boca Raton,where she will focus on real estate, business, and finance (including SBA lending) matters.

Jennifer Diaz has become a shareholder of Becker & Poliakoff in Coral Gables. Diaz leads the firm’s customs and international trade practice group.

Brian A. Bolves has joined Manson Law Group in Tampa as a shareholder. The firm will now be known as MansonBolves. Bolves practices property rights and commercial litigation.

Christin Coleman Gallardo has joined Wintter & Associates in Hollywood as a probate, trust, and guardianship litigation attorney

Thomas A. Crabb has become a shareholder in the Radey Law Firm in Tallahassee. He practices in the firm’s civil and administrative litigation and regulated industries sections.

Ted E. Bandstra has joined JAMS mediation and arbitration services in Miami.He will serve as an arbitrator, mediator, and special master in a variety of disputes including business/commercial, civil rights, class action/mass torts, construction, employment, insurance, intellectual property, maritime/admiralty, personal injury/torts, real property, and securities.

Barbara P. Burke has joined First American Title Insurance Company in Tampa as legal program manager. Burke will develop courses containing a variety of educational and technical content, including industry areas of practice, and state-specific and national materials for First American’s title insurance agents.

Kelley Kronenberg in Jacksonville has relocated to the Stein Mart Building on Riverplace Boulevard. In addition to the Jacksonville office, the firm has eight other office locations throughout Florida, as well as a presence in Chicago and Houston.

Lisa A. McGlynn has joined Fisher & Phillips in Ft. Lauderdale. McGlynn handles labor and employment law.

Eric Page joins Shutts & Bowen in Tampa as a partner. Page focuses on real estate, land use, taxation, and zoning matters.

Marc W. Dunbar has joined Jones Walker as a partner in the firm’s new Tallahassee office. Dunbar focuses on gaming laws. Also joining the firm is Daniel Russell, an associate in the gaming practice.

Gissendanner will focus on federal criminal defense and governmental affairs, in addition to family and personal injury law.

S. Daniel Ponce has joined Berger Singerman in Miami as a partner and member of the dispute resolution and business, finance, and tax teams.

Ian S. Giovinco has joined Anton Castro Law in Tampa as of counsel to the firm. Giovinco focuses his practice on estate planning, asset protection, probate, and trust law.

Chris Givens and Robert Sparks have become partners in the Givens Law Group in Tampa, which will now be known as Givens Givens Sparks. The firm will focus on civil trial law, practicing personal injury and insurance claims litigation in addition to marital and family law. It also has a division devoted to representing clients with BP oil claims.

Melissa Koch has joined Akerman Senterfitt in Orlando as of counsel in the firm’s corporate practice group, where she will concentrate on general transactional and intellectual property representation with an emphasis on the supply chain, technology, and industrial services industries.

F. Gant McCloud and Rebecca J. Proctor have been named equity shareholders of Kirk-Pinkerton in Sarasota. In addition, the firm has appointed senior partners Bill Robertson as CEO, Timothy Shaw as CFO, and Tom Shults as COO. McCloud is board certified in wills, trusts, and estates. Proctor focuses on elder law, and Robertson handles matters involving litigation, personal injury, and wrongful death. Shaw’s practice involves all aspects of real estate and financial institution transactions. Shults is a board certified civil trial lawyer.

Lauderdale and West Palm Beach offices. Rewis is a member of the environmental and land use practice group in Jacksonville, and Stetson is a member of the private wealth services practice in West Palm Beach.
