Paul Terlizzese has become a partner with Hurley, Rogner, Miller, Cox & Waranch in Ft. Pierce. He focuses on defending employers, insurance carriers, self-insureds, community associations, and servicing agents.

Shannon Puopolo has been elected a stockholder with Henderson, Franklin, Starnes & Holt in Ft. Myers. She focuses on commercial litigation.

Burr & Forman has opened an office in Jacksonville, located in the Bank of America Tower, 50 North Laura Street, Suite 3000. Adrian Rust, J. Ellsworth Summers, Jr., and Michael Waskiewicz have also joined the firm as partners. Rust, who will serve as Burr & Forman’s Jacksonville office managing partner, focuses on lending and financial services litigation. Summers and Waskiewicz have became members of the creditors’ rights and bankruptcy practice.

Andrew J. McBride and James Marshall Moorhead have become partners with Adams and Reese in St. Petersburg. Both are members of the firm’s transactions and corporate advisory services practice group.

Kristin Drecktrah Paz has joined Fowler White Burnett in Miami as an associate in the commercial litigation practice group.

Joanna B. Lardin and Jennifer A. Migliori have joined Carlton Fields in Miami as associates. Both are members of the firm’s business transactions practice group.

Nick Hamm has opened The Law Office of Nicholas S. Hamm in Gainesville. Hamm focuses on family law, estate planning, and probate.

David M. Kalteux and Daniel K. Miles have joined FordHarrison in Tampa. Both focus on employment law.

Robert “Bob” W. Boos of Tampa has been elected to Adams and Reese’s executive committee.

Rebecca Leon has joined Holland & Knight’s financial services practice group in Miami as a partner.

Ben J. Whitman has joined Clark, Fountain, La Vista, Prather, Keen and Littky-Rubin in West Palm Beach focusing on personal injury law.

Michael B. Denberg of Ft. Lauderdale has been named to Arnstein & Lehr’s executive committee.

Tiffany M. Walters has joined GrayRobinson as an associate in Melbourne in the litigation practice area.

Gail Golman Holtzman has joined Jackson Lewis in Tampa as principal focusing on labor and employment law.

Driscoll R. Ugarte has become a partner with Duane Morris in Boca Raton. Ugarte works in the corporate practice group.

Jennifer Wolgamott has joined ShuffieldLowman practicing in estate planning and probate in both the Tavares and Orlando offices.

Dallas Robinson has opened Robinson Trial Lawyers, P.A., in Boca Raton specializing in representing plaintiffs in personal injury and wrongful death cases throughout Florida.

Karen Skyers has joined Becker & Poliakoff in Tampa in its government law and lobbying practice group.

Sherri Bailey Akin has joined ShuffieldLowman as of counsel. She will be working in Daytona Beach, DeLand, and Orlando practicing estate planning and tax law.

Armando Nozzolillo and Robert A. Neilson have joined Burr & Forman in Jacksonville as an associate and staff attorney respectively. Both are members of the creditors’ rights and bankruptcy practice.

Megan Landis Dell has joined Syprett Meshad in Sarasota as an associate focusing on family law.

Jamie K. Lint has joined Kelley Kronenberg in Miami focusing on property and casualty claims, including first-party insurance defense.

C. Victoria Knight-Alaee, Willard A. Blair, and Jason A. Smith have been named partners with Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick in Tampa. Knight-Alaee focuses on health law. Blair focuses on corporate and securities law, and mergers and acquisitions. Smith focuses on patent law.

Kathryn L. McHale has opened Kathryn L. McHale, LLC, in Palm Beach and Stuart and is handling civil litigation and mediations.

Trisha S. Widowfield has become a partner at Haliczer Pettis & Schwamm in Ft. Lauderdale. Widowfield focuses on medical malpractice and personal injury law.

Natalie A. Kato has joined Lewis, Longman & Walker in Tallahassee as an associate and member of the legislative and lobbying team.

Gerald M. Boza, Timothy R. Engelbrecht, and James K. Hickman have become partners with Butler LLP in Tampa. Boza practices with the firm’s property coverage department. Engelbrecht defends insurance companies against first-party property breach of contract lawsuits and declaratory judgment actions for insurance coverage. Hickman primarily defends architects, engineers, and real estate professionals against negligence, breach of contract, personal injury, misrepresentation, and fraud and nondisclosure claims.

Samantha Culp and Sara Whitehead have joined Rumberger, Kirk & Caldwell in Tampa as associates.

Kristin E. Bianculli and Eric S. Rosen have become partners with Kelley/Uustal in Ft. Lauderdale. Both focus on personal injury.

Susan J. Latham has been promoted to partner with Feldman Gale in Miami. Latham practices trademark, trade dress, copyright, unfair competition, false advertising, and right of publicity law.

Richard M. Zelman and Roy M. Hartman have moved the law offices of Sacher Zelman Hartman to Two Datran Center – Suite 2000, 9130 South Dadeland Boulevard in Miami. Zelman focuses on real estate and commercial transactions, loan workouts and restructurings, and regulatory matters for financial institutions. Hartman focuses on complex commercial litigation, bankruptcy and creditors’ rights, and foreclosure, and other collection actions for creditors/banks.

Zachary N. James has become a partner with Meland Russin & Budwick in Miami.James concentrates on business litigation and commercial matters at all stages of litigation.

Gabriel Itskovich, Jay S. Levin, Rand S. Lieber, and Bradley F. Rothenberg have joined Sachs Sax Caplan in Boca Raton. Itskovich joins the real estate, corporate, land use, and financial services department. Levin is a member of the community associations group. Lieber focuses on family law. Rothenberg joins the firm as senior counsel in the community associations practice group.

Dawn E. Stuntz has been named a partner with Matthews & Jones in Destin, where she also leads the firm’s real estate division team.
