Appellate Court Rules Committee out-of-cycle report

The Appellate Court Rules Committee invites comments on the proposed rule amendments anticipated to be included in the Committee’s out-of-cycle report. The proposed amendments remove the binding, or stapling, requirement from Rule 9.210, Briefs, and add a page numbering requirement. The full text of the proposal can be found on The Florida Bar’s website. Interested persons have until December 30, 2014, to submit any comments, electronically, to Wendy Loquasto, chair of the Appellate Court Rules Committee, at [email protected], and to the Bar staff liaison, Heather Telfer, at [email protected]
