Ricciardi focuses on civil litigation, probate litigation, wills, estate planning and litigation, consumer rights law, real estate litigation, and landlord tenant law.

Josh E. Saltz and Moish E. Peltz have joined Peretz Chesal & Herrmann in Miami as associates. Saltz practices trademark, copyright, licensing, social media, and Internet law. Peltz practices intellectual property law involving both transactional and litigation matters, including brand management, technology, and entertainment law.

Elizabeth E. Levins has joined McIntosh Sawran & Cartaya in Ft. Lauderdale as an associate in the insurance coverage division.

Lana M. Naghshineh has joined Gersten & Muir in Miami as an associate.

Abigail M. Cohen has joined Eric N. Klein & Associates in Boca Raton as a senior trial attorney. Cohen will dedicate her time to family law and related matters.

Alyse N. Sullivan has been promoted to associate attorney with ShuffieldLowman in Orlando after her recent admission to The Florida Bar. Sullivan will practice elder law.

Maria A. Martinez Hudson has become a partner with Rafferty, Kobert, Tenenholtz & Hess in Miami, and A.J. Yolofsky and Susan F. Giles-Klein have joined the firm as associates. Martinez Hudson practices corporate, business, and real estate law, and is a title insurance agent. Yolofsky practices in the areas of litigation and international arbitration. Giles-Klein will work in the firm’s litigation practice.

Theresa A. Domenico has joined McCumber, Daniels, Buntz, Hartig & Puig in Tampa as an associate. Domenico focuses her practice in the areas of insurance defense litigation, nursing home litigation, medical malpractice, general litigation, and civil trial practice.

Van P. Geeker has joined Emmanuel, Sheppard & Condon in Pensacola. Geeker focuses on taxation, trusts and estates, federal tax controversies, tax exempt organizations, and employee benefits.

Brian D. Hancock, Amanda Perry, and Jeffrey C. Sirolly have joined Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz in Orlando as associates. Hancock focuses his practice on patent, copyright and trademark infringement litigation, and licensing issues.

Perry will work in the business litigation group. Sirolly focuses on business litigation involving the mortgage lending and servicing industries, as well as litigation involving real estate, including landlord-tenant law, and title insurance.

Wakefield will represent private and governmental entities in all areas of civil litigation, including tort claims, employment discrimination defense, breach of contract, construction law, and other causes of action.

James A. Kowalski, Jr., has become executive director of Jacksonville Area Legal Aid. Kowalski is experienced in handling matters involving consumer protection, including wrongful foreclosure and consumer fraud, complex personal injury, wrongful death, and premises liability litigation.

Howie Fox has joined Lydecker Diaz in Miami where he will focus on construction and environmental litigation.

Eric McAliley has joined Lydecker Diaz in Miami as a partner. McAliley focuses on commercial litigation, construction and professional liability, with a focus on securities litigation and construction litigation.

Melanie J. Brill has joined Nason, Yeager, Gerson, White & Lioce in West Palm Beach as an associate. Brill focuses on commercial real estate law, specifically with shopping centers, mixed use and office projects and properties.

Adam P. Hartley has joined Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz in Orlando as an associate and member of the financial institutions advocacy group and the mortgage industry service team.

Juan Carlos Bermudez has joined Akerman Senterfitt in Miami as of counsel in the firm’s real estate practice group.

Michael Tschupp of Miami has joined Sears Holdings Corp. , as senior counsel – intellectual property.

Martin J. Genauer has joined Berger Singerman in Miami as a partner and member of the business, finance, and tax team.

Gary Lee Printy will continue to practice in Tallahassee focusing his practice on employment law, personal injury, administrative law, and criminal law.
