Byer petitions for Bar reinstatement

Pursuant to Rule 3-7.10, Andrew Alexander Byer of Ft. Lauderdale has petitioned the Supreme Court for Bar reinstatement.

By a Supreme Court order dated November 1, 2007, Byer was suspended for three years nunc pro tunc June 20, 2006, based on his guilty plea to a federal charge of misprision of a felony.
