RPPTLS executive council touts certification
WAVING THE BOARD CERTIFICATION FLAG, 30 plus Florida Bar board certified lawyers, members of the Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law Section’s Executive Council, took a moment to gather during the council’s Annual Legislative Update Meetings and Seminar in Palm Beach, July 30-August 2. More than 100 of the council’s approximately 240 members are board certified. Chair Michael A. Dribin is board certified in wills, trusts, and estates, and Chair-elect Michael J. Gelfand is board certified in real estate. The RPPTL Section’s efforts have resulted in the creation of three certification areas: wills, trusts, and estates; real estate; and construction law. The section is petitioning for the creation of a fourth area — condominium and planned development law.
