Clarification

An article in the January 1 News reported that the Bar Board of Governors had approved amendments to Rules of Judicial Administration 2.515 and 2.516 pertaining to electronic signatures and utilizing email service between parties. As this News went to press, those amendments have not yet been submitted to the court. The Rules of Judicial Administration Committee expects to file the proposed amendments in the near future.
