Third DCA JNC accepting applications
The Third District Court of Appeal Judicial Nominating Commission is now accepting applications to fill a vacancy resulting from the resignation of Judge Angel A. Cortiñas.
Applications may be downloaded from The Florida Bar’s website at www.floridabar.org. The inclusion of a photograph is encouraged. Do not submit three-ring binders. A complete application and 10 copies must be delivered to Peter Prieto, JNC Chair, c/o Podhurst Orseck, P.A., 25 W. Flagler Street, Suite 800, Miami 33130 no later than 12 p.m., August 9.
