The Sixth Circuit Judicial Nominating Committee is now accepting applications to fill a circuit vacancy due to the retirement of Judge W. Lowell Bray, Jr.
Applicants must have been a member of the Bar in good standing for the preceding five years, a resident of the Sixth Circuit, and a registered voter.

The original completed application with attachments, one copy of the original with attachments that has the redactions required by Fla. R. Jud. Admin., a flashdrive with both original and redacted applications with attachments, and a recent photo must be delivered to Umsted no later than noon on September 25.
