S uarez petitions for Bar reinstatementPursuant to Rule 3-7.10, Jorge Luis Suarez of Miami has petitioned the Supreme Court for Bar reinstatement.
Suarez was suspended from the practice of law for 91 days, effective April 9, for conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, or misrepresentation. Suarez signed fee affidavits either in blank or having not reviewed the documents as stated in the affidavit.
