Many permanent total disability trials are won or lost based upon the strength of vocational evidence so lining up your expert is key. Attend this seminar to gain the insight of an experienced vocational expert in the areas of preparing a credible vocational assessment, establishing legitimate job searches and presenting testimony at trial. Effective pre-trial strategies, voir dire and cross examination tactics with your opponent’s expert will be discussed as well. This is a must-attend for any practitioner who takes a permanent total disability claim to final hearing
