The program will present pointers for advising clients and negotiating contract terms on development and construction insurance issues both from the position of the client (Developer/Design Professional/Construction Manager/Contractor/Subcontractor) and the project delivery method (Traditional Design-Bid-Build/Design-Build/Construction Management). The program also will present pointers for strategy, advising clients, and negotiating with other parties and insurers in the event of a claim.
