The Florida Bar Continuing Legal Education Committee and the
Health Law Section present
4th Annual FUNdamentals of Florida Healthcare Law - Healthcare Contract Boiler Plate

Course Classification: Advanced Level
Tampa Airport Marriott Hotel
Friday, September 14, 2012

Course No. 1429R

Back by popular demand and with an information "construction site" theme, this lively interactive FUNdamentals program features seasoned healthcare lawyers with cutting edge topics about healthcare contract "boilerplate" - those so-called "standard" provisions that appear in healthcare agreements. Speakers will cover a wide variety of topics during their presentations and then will reconvene for an interactive panel discussion among themselves and the audience about current boilerplate topics. Live and internet attendees are encouraged to participate in the panel discussion. Because this is an information FUNdamentals Program, speakers and attendees are encouraged to wear "construction site" gear such as blue jeans, boots, a work shirt and other construction apparel. Hard hats are certainly welcome, but are optional.
