Criminal Law Update 2015
This course covers topics important to the criminal practitioner. The topics include the latest criminal cases in Florida, important constitutional decisions from the Supreme Court, trial tactics and strategies, successful sentencing advocacy, unique sex offense issues, and ethical issues facing the state criminal practitioner, defense lawyer or prosecutor. The program is specially designed for the attorney practicing in state criminal court and is taught by some of the leading defense lawyers in the field as well as a prominent Circuit Court Judge. The program also offers Rule 3.113 (Brady and Giglio) compliance.

Basic Evidence 2015
This course is intended as an introduction to or as a refresher course on case evidence. Topics to include Florida evidence refresher, expert testimony, witness examination and impeachment, the business of records and opinion testimony, criminal evidence & social media implications, electronic evidence, preserving error for appellate review, and a judicial panel discussion on practical evidence.
