This course provides an overview of Practice Before the Division of Administrative Hearings. Topics presentations will include an introduction to DOAH eALJ; evidentiary issues in administrative proceedings; expert witnesses: selection, preparation, and examination; preserving issues for appeal, and a mock administrative hearing on a license discipline issue. DOAH ALJs will provide a Q&A session on practice pointers and ethical considerations.
