Back by popular demand, this annual don't miss FUNdamentals of Florida healthcare law CLE program focuses this year on "Moving Day!-moving into 2015 under the Affordable Care Act" to help healthcare lawyers advise healthcare providers how best to position themselves under the Affordable Care Act. This lively and fast-paced program is designed to be immediately useful to new attorneys, in-house counsel and to those that need a refresher about the Act to date and how to move forward under the Act come 2015. Most 45-minute presentations will be followed by interactive panel discussions. Questions will be welcome from on-site attendees and those participating by internet. Because our theme is “Moving Day”, speakers and attendees are encouraged to wear comfortable moving-day blue-collar attire such as caps or hats, jeans, work or cowboy boots and denim workshirts.
