First Time Users
To get a password, contact Membership Records at (800) 342-8060 ext 5832

Permanent Passwords are Case-Sensitive
Note that all passwords are case-sensitive. Please make sure that your CAPS LOCK key is not accidentally enabled, and that any characters you entered in UPPERCASE during your "Set Permanent Password" process are entered properly. Also make sure that the NumLock key on your keyboard is pressed/enabled if you are using the number keypad.

Permanent Password Requirements
Permanent Passwords must be at least 6 characters in length, 1 character must be numeric. For detailed instructions on Permanent Passwords, see the Help file.

AOL Users
Using AOL as a connection is allowed, but please minimize your AOL browser and use Internet Explorer to pay fees. Features of the AOL browser are not compatible with proper display of the fee payment screens.

Mac Users
Fee Payment is possible using a Mac, but please use Netscape Navigator rather than the Safari browser.

Popup Blockers
Disable any popup blockers running on your system for the duration of your www.floridabar.org session. Note that this includes Fee Payment and other secure features such as CLE credit posting, registration, etc. Most popup blockers will display an icon in the tray (bottom right corner of your Desktop). Right click the popup blocker icon to view "Disable" or "Exit" choices.

Looping Logon
If you experience a "looping logon" - when you attempt to log on, you are returned to login blanks - adjust security settings by adding our website to your trusted zone and enabling cookie handling:
Click Tools > Internet Options... > click Security TAB > click the Trusted Sites icon > click Sites button > Add https://www3.flabar.org as a trusted site > OK.
Click Tools > Internet Options... > click Privacy TAB > click Sites button > Allow https://www3.flabar.org > OK.
OK to close Internet Options... box.

Logon Lockout
If you attempt to login unsuccessfully three times, you will be locked out for two hours in order to maintain security of your Member Account.

Authorized House Counsel
AHC Members are permitted to use all secure functions of http://www.floridabar.org, with the exception of Annual Fee Payment. AHC Members may request a password mailer and/or set a permanent password as normal.
