The Insurance Practices Special Study Commission II issued its report and recommendations on March 1, 2002. The report and recommendations were considered and approved by the Board of Governors on March 15, 2002. Specific rule changes recommended by the commission were considered by the board at its May 24, 2002 meeting in Jacksonville, Florida.
