Looping Login and/or Empty Shopping Cart
If you are certain that you know your Bar Member Number (Username) and Password, and experience either "looping" or unsuccessful login that returns you to the login page -or- an empty shopping cart following Submit on your Fee Form, complete these steps in Internet Explorer before repeating your login/fee payment (note that these steps need only be completed once):
- Close internet explorer
- Click start, control panel, internet options
- On the general tab, under browsing history, click delete
- Uncheck everything except cookies, hit delete
