LOMAS has released two new CLE courses: Developing A Business Plan For The Startup Law Firm, Course 1535, CLER 1.5 General credits; and New Rule 2.526: Digital Accessibility Of Documents Electronically Transmitted To Florida Courts, Course 1468, CLER 1.0 General credits. Both courses are available at no charge through the 24/7 CLE Online web site.
Or, they can be purchased on DVD or CD for $50.00 each by using the LOMAS Order Form. 
Federal regulators require that electronic information are created complying with the Americans Digital Accessibility Act of 1998 and the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. Federal regulations and guidelines may change over time, as does the technology involved in making electronic documents comply.
