Post-Conference Golf Outing at TPC Sawgrass

Calling all Voluntary Bar Leaders Conference attendees! After the Conference, golf enthusiasts can tee off where the pros play at TPC Sawgrass, one of Florida's top golf resorts, on Friday, July 20.

TPC Sawgrass is not only one of the top Florida golf resorts, but it is recognized nationally by multiple golf publications as a destination. THE PLAYERS Stadium course is ranked the No. 2  golf course in Florida by Golf Digest magazine and it ranks consistently among the Golf Digest’s top 50 golf courses in the country. Home of THE PLAYERS Championship, birthplace of the TPC (Tournament Players Club) Network, and backdrop to the PGA TOUR headquarters, the TPC Sawgrass golf course in Ponte Vedra Beach is perhaps the world’s most famous golf course. THE PLAYERS Stadium Course External Link sports one of the most recognizable and challenging holes on the PGA Tour. The notorious par-3, 17th hole, features an island green that makes or breaks many a PGA TOUR pro’s round.

The tee times will begin at 1 p.m. and run every 10 minutes up to 1:40 p.m. Conference attendees have been extended the VIP rate of $155 per player! Caddies are available at an extra cost. This is an outstanding opportunity extended to us by Ray Driver, President of (our host bar) the Jacksonville Bar Association. Many thanks!

Directions from One Ocean to TPC Sawgrass

The deadline to sign up for a tee time is Friday, June 29. Contact Maria Simmons Johnson today at (850) 561-5648 or mjohnson@flabar.org to register. More information will be forthcoming for registrants.

(As a reminder, although this is an opportunity for Conference attendees, it is not included in the Conference fee, nor should payments be combined. Registrants will be notified separately about Golf at TPC Sawgrass)
