New areas for board certification
Florida attorneys will be able to apply later this year for certification in adoption law and education law following Supreme Court approval of those areas of law for board certification. For more information, see the news release. Applicants are also being sought for the adoption law and education law certification committees.

- Certification Annual Fee Invoice - On April 15, 2009 a letter was mailed to certified lawyers regarding the annual fee, however, the invoice was not enclosed. If you received this letter, please print the invoice using this link and mail it with your check for $150 per applicable certification area. You are not required to pay a fee this year if you are due to recertify in 2009 and your original date of certification is 1984, 1989, 1994, 1999 or 2004.
