35 | Receives, reviews, and processes certification applications; updates applications, reference forms, standards, and policies; analyzes content of applications in accordance with rules and policies and prepares for committee review; corresponds with potential, initial, and recertification applicants regarding rules, policies, and procedures; maintains proper computer information/status codes; prepares applicant recommendations and other pertinent data for the Board of Legal Specialization and Education. |
30 | Prepares detailed and confidential correspondence in reference to The Rules Regulating The Florida Bar and Standing Policies. Responds to inquiries from Bar members and the public regarding certification and other department programs, both orally and in writing; serves as liaison to certification committees; prepares meeting agendas, minutes, and other committee correspondence. Travels to committee meetings, the leadership conference, and participates in conference calls. |
25 | Assists committees with certification examination preparation; oversees production, assembly, and the administration of the board certification examinations; travels to the March and May exams; coordinates post exam details including the grading process, scoring, and pass/fail; notifies applicants of exam results and prepares certificates; coordinates exam reviews with examinees; travels to exam reviews; provides rule and policy information for exam challenges and appeals. |
