Board of Governors
The 52-member Board of Governors has exclusive authority to formulate and adopt matters of policy concerning the activities of the Bar, subject to limitations imposed by the Rules Regulating The Florida Bar. The Board selects the executive director. Board members serve without pay, although the public members can be reimbursed for most of their travel expenses.
- The Board of Governors is seeking applicants for the following vacancies to be filled during its April 19 meeting:
Supreme Court's Bar Admissions Committee
Statewide Nominating Commission for Judges of Compensation Claims (2 lawyers)
Applications must be received by March 8.
