Leadership Academy fellows

WM. REECE SMITH, JR., LEADERSHIP ACADEMY fellows, above, participate in a team-building exercise when they met recently during the Voluntary Bar Leaders Conference in Naples. The themes of the VLC were the importance of emotional intelligence and strategically building a team. “The sessions allowed for lively discussions, deep reflection, and new steps toward transformation,” according to fellows Amber Donley and Cynthia Trimmer, both of Jacksonville. “The Leadership Academy fellows are evolving one session at a time by gaining insight, fostering relationships, and growing personally and professionally.” Donley and Trimmer said the Leadership Academy is a “conduit for lawyers across the state to harness their innate talents, identify and develop areas for improvement, as well as produce attorneys who are able to better serve their local and statewide communities.”
