Bar’s Ft. Lauderdale branch lauded for pro bono work
LAWYERS FROM THE FT. LAUDERDALE BRANCH of The Florida Bar are presented with an award by Broward County Chief Judge Peter M. Weinstein for their efforts in providing pro bono legal services to those in need by volunteering for the Broward Lawyers Care Advice and Counsel Hotline. Broward Lawyers Care (a joint project of Legal Aid Service of Broward County, Inc., and Coast to Coast Legal Aid of South Florida) provides advice and counsel on civil legal matters to the low-income residents of Broward County through a Legal Advice Telephone Hotline.
