Fourth JNC to fill a second opening
The Fourth Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission is now accepting applications to fill a circuit vacancy created by the appointment of Judge Brian Davis to the federal bench.
Applicants must have been a member of The Florida Bar for the last five years, residents of the Fourth Circuit, and registered voters.
The application form may be downloaded from The Florida Bar’s website at www.floridabar.com.
An original and nince copies of the completed application, including a photo, must be received by Henry G. “Chip” Bachara, JNC Chair, Bachara Construction Law Group, One Independent Drive, Suite 1800, Jacksonville 32202 no later than 5 p.m., January 30.
