Tallahassee sets Law Day event
T allahassee sets Law Day eventLegal Services of North Florida, the Legal Aid Foundation of the Tallahassee Bar Association, and the Tallahassee Bar Association will celebrate Law Day May 6, with a reception at the University Center Club from 5 to 7:30 p.m.
The reception will provide an opportunity to recognize all volunteer attorneys of the Second Circuit, the recipient of the Richard W. Ervin Equal Justice Award, and Sonia R. Crockett, the 2014 Florida Bar President’s Pro Bono Service Award winner from the Second Circuit. The recognition program will be addressed by Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi.
No reservations are necessary. The reception is open to the public, with the recognition program beginning by 6 p.m.
