V illalobos petitions for reinstatement

Pursuant to Rule 3-7.10, Plutarco Miguel Villalobos has filed a petition with the Supreme Court for Bar reinstatement.

Villalobos was suspended from the practice of law for 91 days, effective May 16, 2013, for violation of the following Rules Regulating The Florida Bar: Rule 4-1.1 (Competence), Rule 4-1.2 (Objectives and Scope of Representation), Rule 4-1.3 (Diligence), Rule 4-1.4 (Communication), Rule 4-1.5 (Fees and Costs for Legal Services), Rule 4-1.16 (Protection of Client after Termination of Representation), and Rule 4-7.9 (Information About a Lawyer’s Services Provided Upon Request); Rule 4-8.1 (Bar admission and disciplinary matters); and Rule 4-8.4(g) (Misconduct: Failure to Respond).
