U.S. District Court, Southern District of Florida – New Electronic Filing Requirements
Effective December 1, 2015, there are important new electronic filing requirements for attorneys in the Southern District of Florida. The most important changes involve the filing of civil sealed and civil ex parte documents electronically via CM/ECF.
In addition, there are new electronic filing requirements for emergency matters, motions to appear pro hac vice, and warrants of arrest in rem.
