F letcher petitions for reinstatementPursuant to Rule 3-7.10, Ninette S. Fletcher of DeBary has petitioned the Supreme Court for Bar reinstatement.
Fletcher was suspended from the practice of law for three years effective August 1, 2011, because her trust account failed to comply with the Rules Regulating The Florida Bar. Fletcher failed to follow the required procedures and maintain the appropriate records to ensure compliance with the trust account rules.
