Garrett Nemeroff has joined León Cosgrove, LLC, in Coral Gables as an associate focusing on complex commercial litigation.

Charles “Chad” R. Walker, Jr., has joined Regan Whelan Zebouni & Atwood in Orlando as a partner focusing on commercial litigation and construction law.

Jon Zeder has joined Hall, Lamb and Hall in Miami as of counsel working on a wide range of complex commercial cases, while continuing to serve as a mediator certified by the Supreme Court.

Andrea Morgan has joined Broad and Cassel as an associate in Orlando and member of the public finance and capital projects practice group.

Rick Sapir has become re-associated with Cohen Norris in North Palm Beach and will continue to practice in the areas of real estate and land use matters.

GrayRobinson has merged with Capitol Insight, a statewide lobbying firm based in Tallahassee. Capitol Insight was founded by Dean Cannon, former speaker of the Florida House of Representatives and former shareholder with GrayRobinson. Cannon will serve as statewide chair of government affairs and executive vice president of GrayRobinson. Also making the move to GrayRobinson is attorney Joseph Salzverg.

Lisa Miller of Keller Williams Elite Properties in Adventura has been named director of developer sales. She is also on the associate leadership council for the company and continues to work in the areas of high-end residential and commercial real estate.

Christian Bruno has joined Cozen O’Connor in Miami handling all aspects of commercial real estate and finance transactions.

Laercio Guimaraes joined Avila Rodriguez Hernandez Mena & Ferri in Coral Gables focusing on taxation, trusts, and estate planning.

Amanda Roesch has joined Levinson & Capuano in Ft. Lauderdale focusing on divorce, custody, domestic violence, and related family law matters.

Francis X. Suarez has joined GrayRobinson as of counsel in Miami focusing on corporate and real estate transactions.

Richard M. Benrubi joined Rosenthal, Levy, Simon & Ryles as of counsel in West Palm Beach focusing on insurance coverage disputes.

Maria Victoria Currais has joined Weiss Serota Helfman Cole & Bierman as a partner in the Miami-Dade office. Currais focuses on real estate and banking practice areas.

Heidi M. Boon has joined Winderweedle, Haines, Ward & Woodman in Orlando.

Claudia Haines Jones has been named as the new managing shareholder of the Viera office of Dean Mead and elected to serve on the firm’s board of directors.

Jami Beasley Watkins has joined Kopelowitz Ostrow Ferguson Weiselberg Gilbert in Ft. Lauderdale as a partner focusing on foreclosure litigation, with an emphasis on non-jury trials and evidentiary motions.

Tiffany M. Cerniglio has joined Harris, Barrett, Mann & Dew in St. Petersburg as an associate with an emphasis on estate planning, probate, and trust administration. Roetzel & Andress has named Paul Giordano of Ft. Myers to lead the firm’s business litigation practice group.

Sydjia T. Robinson has joined Alvarez, Winthrop, Thompson & Storey as an associate in Orlando focusing on property and casualty claims as well as general and commercial litigation.

David Gaspari and Sam Cohen have formed Gaspari & Cohen in Jupiter focusing on personal injury law.

Jonathan W. Chambers has become a partner with The Law Offices of David W. Spicer, P.A., which will now be known as The Law Offices of Spicer & Chambers, P.A., in Palm Beach Gardens. Chambers focuses on health-care law and personal injury.

Jesse D. Drawas and Viviana Arango Loshak of Ft. Lauderdale, and Stephanie M. Chaissan and Howard E. Fox of Miami have become shareholders with Fowler White Burnett. Drawas and Loshak work in the insurance practice group. Chaissan works in the commercial litigation practice group and Fox works in the environmental and land use practice group.

John Clough of Zung Clough in Naples, who is board certified in business litigation, has expanded his practice to include family law.

Daniel S. Liebowitz and Sarah E. Wade have joined Kelley Kronenberg in Orlando as partners and Margalie Fenelus Reyes has joined as an attorney. Liebowitz, who focuses on the defense of property and casualty claims, will also serve as co-managing partner of the Orlando office. Wade and Reyes also focus their practices on the defense of property and casualty claims.

Richard J. Preira has joined Greenspoon Marder in Miami as a shareholder and brings with him fellow family law attorneys Cristina Cossio and Cristina Fernandez-Parjus, who join as senior counsels.

Francesca Russo has been named a partner with Espinosa Trueba Martinez in Miami. Russo focuses on commercial litigation and alternative dispute resolution.

Maria M. Calderon has joined Hinshaw & Culbertson as an associate focusing on business, commercial, and real estate transactions. She will work out of the Miami and Buenos Aires offices.

Peter J. Cambs has joined Goede, Adamczyk, DeBoest & Cross as a partner in Naples and will serve as managing partner of the firm’s mass tort and class action practice.

Mariko Shitama Outman has rejoined Carlton Fields in Tampa as an associate in the national appellate practice and trial support group.
