P atrick petitions for Bar reinstatementPursuant to Rule 3-7.10, Timothy Allen Patrick has petitioned the Supreme Court for Bar reinstatement.
The Supreme Court suspended Patrick for one year, effective July 25, 2011, for promising to indemnify his client for an unsuccessful result in order to induce the client to reject a settlement offer, and for providing financial assistance to a client by paying a portion of the client’s appellate attorney fees.
