The 12th Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission is now accepting applications to fill a circuit vancancy due to the retirement of Judge Scott M. Brownell.
Applicants must have been members of the Bar for the preceding five years, a resident of the 12th Circuit, and a registered voter.
An original and nine copies of the completed application and attachments must be delivered to William C. Robinson, Jr., JNC Chair, 802 11th Street West, Bradenton 34205, [email protected], 941-748-0100 no later than 5 p.m., May 26.
