Fourth DCA has an opening
The Fourth District Court of Appeal Judicial Nominating Commission is now accepting applications to fill a vacancy on the court created by the retirement of Judge Mark E. Polen.
Applicants must have been members of The Florida Bar for the preceding 10 years, registered voters, and must reside in the territorial jurisdiction of the court at the time of assuming office.
An original and nine nine copies of the completed application and all attachments must be delivered to Louis M. Silber, JNC Chair, Silber & Davis, 1806 Old Okeechobee Road, West Palm Beach 33409 no later than 5 p.m., April 10. In addition to the original and nine copies, applicants are requested to provide one additional redacted version of the application which complies with Chapter 119 and Florida’s public records law. Submission of a photograph is encouraged.
Applicants who previously applied for the vacancy created by Judge Fred Hazouri’s retirement, may submit a letter advising that you wish to have your previous application considered for this vacancy and include any updated information.
