The Paralegal Association of Florida, Inc., (PAF) will administer the Florida Certified Paralegal examination at the University of Central Florida on Sunday, February 28, 2016.
The deadline to submit an application to sit for the exam is January 29, 2016.
A Florida certified paralegal workshop will be presented on Saturday, February 27, 2016, by the University of Central Florida Department of Criminal Justice and Legal Studies and PAF at the UCF campus in Orlando.
Experts in Florida law will present up-to-date information in this comprehensive, in-depth study session prior to the administration of the FCP exam. Topics include contract law & business organizations, criminal law, dissolution of marriage, estate planning/probate, ethics, real estate, the Florida court system, and Florida Rules of Civil Procedure.
The workshop fees are $125 for PAF members and $150 for nonmembers. Examination fees are $125 for PAF members and $150 for nonmembers.
