Paul S. West has been named a partner with Clayton & McCulloh in Maitland. West focuses on commercial real estate leasing, buying, and selling.

Anthony A. Fouladi has joined Clayton & McCulloh in Maitland. He will focus on collections and mortgage foreclosures.

David A McCranie has joined McConnaughhay, Duffy, Coonrod, Pope & Weaver in Jacksonville. He will work on workers’ compensation defense.

Kenneth B. Bell has joined Gunster in Tallahassee as a shareholder. Bell will focus his civil litigation practice on trials and appeals, including mediation, arbitration, and trial support.

Lauren K. Einhorn has joined Burr & Forman in Ft. Lauderdale. Einhorn focuses on representing creditors and other financial institutions in matters related to contested and uncontested foreclosures.

Scott R. MacLeod was appointed shareholder in the corporate and securities practice group at Greenberg Traurig in Orlando. MacLeod focuses on forming and representing a broad spectrum of investment funds, investment advisers, and related investment management clients.

Robert J. Downing has joined Greenberg Traurig as a shareholder in its Latin American and Iberian practice group and global energy and infrastructure practice group. Downing, who will split his time between the firm’s Miami and Houston offices, focuses on international business transactions, with a particular emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, finance, corporate/tax structuring, privatizations, and project development.

Roig, Tutan, Rosenberg, Martin & Stoller and Zumpano Castro (formerly Infante Zumpano) have joined to form Roig, Tutan, Rosenberg, Martin, Stoller, Zumpano & Bellido, resulting in partners Carlos A. Zumpano, Antonio C. Castro, and Daniel E. Zumpano along with several other attorneys of Zumpano Castro leading the firm’s statewide commercial division from Coral Gables. Nelson C. Bellido will serve as managing partner of the firm’s Miami office, which will also include associates Diego Arredondo and Eric Fresco.

Philip N. Kabler has joined Bogin, Munns & Munns in Gainesville as senior counsel. He focuses on a broad spectrum of practice areas in the fields of business entities, real estate, banking, and the equine industry.

Dana J. Harris has joined Garcia, Artigliere & Medby in Winter Park. Harris focuses on nursing home negligence and wrongful death disputes.

Nicholas J. Secco has joined Greenberg Traurig in Tampa as a shareholder in its litigation practice group. Secco focuses on product liability, mass tort, toxic tort, environmental, class action, and complex commercial disputes.

David A. Karp has joined León Cosgrove in Coral Gables. Karp focuses on appeals and commercial litigation.

Sloane Howard has joined the Howard Law Group in Hollywood focusing on real estate litigation and real estate transactions.

Miguel Zaldivar of Hogan Lovells in Miami has been elected to the firm’s board as the representative for the United States. Zaldivar concentrates on project finance and cross-border corporate and mergers and acquisitions transactions in Latin America, with an emphasis on energy project development.

Harold E. Morlan II has joined Fisher Rushmer in Orlando as of counsel.

Leigh Anne Miller has joined Fisher Rushmer in Orlando as an associate.

Claire M. Brueck has joined Saxon, Gilmore, Carraway & Gibbons in Tampa as an associate. Brueck practices creditors’ rights, commercial and real estate litigation, and commercial and real estate transactions.

F. Philip Blank has joined GrayRobinson in Tallahassee.

Michael J. “Micky” Grindstaff of Orlando has become managing partner of Shutts & Bowen. He focuses on real estate and land use law.

James M. Craig has joined Constangy, Brooks & Smith in Tampa, Craig focuses on labor and employment law.

Brian K. Wright has joined Shutts & Bowen in Tampa in the corporate and health care practice groups.

Suzette Marteny has joined Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick in Tampa as a partner. Marteny forcuses on intellectual property law.

Mark J. Beutler has joined Fisher & Phillips in Ft. Lauderdale as of counsel. Beutler is board certified in labor and employment law.

Nikeisha Williams has joined Broad and Cassel in Ft. Lauderdale as an associate in the commercial litigation practice group.

Scott Hyman has joined Weiss Serota Helfman Pastoriza Cole & Boniske as an associate in the Broward office. He joins the community association, club, and resort practice group.

Chris Casper has been named managing partner of James Hoyer Newcomer & Smiljanich in Tampa and Jillian Estes, Sean Estes, Jesse Hoyer, and Sean Keefe have been named partners. James Hoyer is an investigative law firm with an emphasis on false claims act whistleblower cases.

Rogers Towers has expanded into the Tampa Bay region by opening an office in Wesley Chapel. Shareholders L. Javan Grant and Gregory F. Lunny will lead the office. Grant focuses on commercial and premises liability litigation. Lunny focuses on commercial, intellectual property, governmental, and products liability litigation.

Amanda E. Wright joined The Dill Law Group in Orlando as an associate.

Walter G. Benjamin has joined Kelley Kronenberg in Orlando. Benjamin focuses on workers’ compensation.

Aubrey Rudd has joined Koch Parafinczuk & Wolf in Ft. Laiderdale as of counsel. Rudd focuses his practice on bankruptcy matters.

Herb McMillan has joined Michael T. Gibson, P.A., in Orlando as an associate. McMillan focuses on insurance dispute litigation.

Jordan D. August has joined Carlton Fields Jorden Burt in Tampa as an associate. August works in the firm’s taxation and estates and trusts practices, which are components of the business transactions practice group.
