Gallo Farren Law, P.A., has relocated to 3626 Erindale Drive, Valrico 33596. The partners are Thomas J. Gallo and Peter M Farren, and the firm focuses on personal injury law, trust and estate planning, and family law.

Ruben N. Gotlieb and Mark A. Gotlieb have joined Arnstein & Lehr in Miami. Ruben Gotlieb joins as a partner and focuses on international estate tax law, international and domestic estate planning and administration. Mark Gotlieb joins as an associate and focuses on international estate planning, as well as domestic estate planning and estate administration.

Adam Seligman has become an equity partner with Ward Damon in West Palm Beach. Seligman is a real estate and business attorney.

Tyler Cathey has become chief deputy attorney general with the Florida Attorney General’s Office.

Lisa Jo Spencer has open Lisa Jo Spencer, P.A., in Mary Esther. Spencer focuses in the areas of probate, guardianship, and related contested/litigated matters.

Russ Young has joined Eraclides, Gelman, Hall, Indek, Goodman & Waters as a partner in Sarasota. Young is a board certified workers’ compensation defense attorney.

William R. Seitz has joined Mase Lara Eversole in Miami focusing on personal injury, commercial litigation, admiralty and maritime law.

Bryan Hawks, Joshua A. Kaplan, and Jeffrey I. Snyder have become partners with Bilzin Sumberg Baena Price & Axelrod in Miami. Hawks handles commercial real estate transactions, including the leasing, acquisition, development, and disposition of hotels, resorts, restaurants, marinas, and retail projects. Kaplan handles tax planning related to international and domestic transactions, including restructurings, joint ventures, and mergers and acquisitions. Snyder represents debtors, lenders, secured and unsecured creditors, trustees, landlords, and other constituencies in sophisticated bankruptcy proceedings, commercial loan transactions and out-of-court workouts.

Thomas F. Brown has been elevated to shareholder at Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin in Orlando. Brown is a member of the casualty department and its amusements, sports, and recreation liability practice group.

Carlos B. Salup and Matthew C. Martin have become partners with Gaebe, Mullen, Antonelli & DiMatteo in Coral Gables. Salup concentrates on personal injury and wrongful death claims. Martin focuses on nursing home and assisted living facility litigation, premises liability, personal injury and wrongful death, transient voltage surge suppressor/surge protector fire litigation, product liability, adversary proceedings in bankruptcy, first-party property litigation, construction defect issues, and insurance coverage issues.

Gary Monka and Robert Rodriguez have joined Novak Druce Connolly Bove + Quigg in West Palm Beach. Monka joins as counsel and focuses on patent work in the telecommunications industry. Rodriguez joins as an associate and concentrates on patent prosecution with a focus in the areas of digital design, power distribution, cellular networks, and handsets.

Thomas M. Prestia and Scott H. Holtz formed Prestia|Holtz, P.A., in Lake Worth, focusing on personal injury, criminal defense, real estate/foreclosure, and commercial litigation matters.

Eric J. Stockel has joined Kelley Kronenberg in West Palm Beach. He focuses on the defense of claims arising under the Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act and general admiralty and maritime law.

Ball Janik LLP has opened an office in Orlando that will be staffed by Jon Marshall Oden, who joins as a partner, as well as Evan J. Small, an associate. The office is located at 201 E. Pine Street in Suite 825, Orlando 32801.

Marc Druckman has joined Carlton Fields in Miami as a shareholder in the business transactions practice group, focusing on corporate law with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions.

Marshall Bender joined Cohen & Grigsby in Naples as part of the litigation group.

Andrew Jiménez opened Jiménez Law Offices, P.A., in Ft. Lauderdale. The firm will focus on bankruptcy, business/commercial law, civil litigation, family law, estate planning, and LGBT law. The firm maintains a collaborative relationship with Fiori Financial Group.

Krista M. Anderson joined Brock Law in Wesley Chapel, where she will practice personal injury and employment law.

Julie A. Tyk joined GrayRobinson in Orlando in the medical malpractice defense group. Tyk concentrates in medical malpractice, transportation litigation, property insurance defense, and insurance defense.

Matthew M. Comiter joined Gunster in Miami as an associate in the private wealth services and tax practice groups. He will focus on issues of federal, state, and international taxation; international business transactions and joint ventures; and foreign trusts.

Frank Delia of Kubicki Draper in West Palm Beach was named a shareholder. Delia focuses on creditors’ rights, commercial bankruptcy, commercial law, and business litigation.

Justin Luna was elected as an equity shareholder of Latham, Shuker, Eden & Beaudine in Orlando. Luna concentrates on bankruptcy, business restructuring, and banking litigation.

Todd Aidman of FordHarrison in Tampa became a member of the firm’s management group. Aidman focuses on labor and employment law matters.

Ingrid Rojas-Belandia joined Katz, Barron, Squitero, Faust, Friedberg, English & Allen in Miami as an associate. Rojas-Belandia focuses on immigration matters, including employment-based petitions and applications (E-2, L-1A, H-1B, R-1, among others), family-based immigration matters, and consular processing.

Taysha L. Carmody has become a partner with McConnaughhay, Duffy, Coonrod, Pope & Weaver in Ft. Lauderdale. Carmody focuses on workers’ compensation defense.

Jacqueline B. Denton has been elected a shareholder with Grant Fridkin Pearson in Naples. Denton focuses on tax planning, estate planning, and estate administration and has experience designing tailored estate plans.

Jennie E. Hayes has joined the 18th Circuit State Attorney’s Office in county court in the Brevard office in Viera as an assistant state attorney.

Patricia B. Fournier, Christopher B. Norris, and Gena D. Wagner have formed Fournier, Norris, Wagner, P.L., located at 863 E. Park Avenue, Tallahassee, 32301 focusing on all aspects of family, criminal, and civil litigation matters.

Roig Lawyers launched a medical malpractice defense group based in the firm’s new Tampa office. Edward J. Carbone leads the new medical malpractice defense team. Associate Jacqueline R. Ambrose also joined the Tampa office and focuses on creditors’ rights, bankruptcy, commercial litigation, products liability, real estate, and the defense of institutional lenders. Associates Miguel Raul Roura and Peter S. Nayrouz also have joined the Tampa office and concentrate on insurance defense with a focus on personal injury protection and insurance fraud.

Jennifer Sullivan Davis has become a shareholder of Guilday, Schwartz, Simpson, West, Hatch & Lowe in Tallahassee. Davis focuses on general civil litigation and defending claims against many types of professionals and employers, catastrophic injury claims in trucking/transportation accidents, and construction defect claims against contractors/subcontractors.

Nicole Hughes Waid has joined Roetzel in Naples as a partner in the white collar litigation and corporate compliance practice group.

David R. Cook and Rafferty E. Taylor have become partners with Wicker Smith O’Hara McCoy and Ford. Cook practices in Miami and focuses his practice on civil litigation. Taylor practices in Ft. Lauderdale and focuses on products liability, pharmaceutical defense, commercial litigation, and electronic discovery matters.

Tucker & Ludin, P.A. — which includes attorneys John V. Tucker, Eric E. Ludin, William C. Demas, and Ahmad Yakzan —has moved its main office from Clearwater to St. Petersburg. The firm’s new address is 5235 16th Street North, St. Petersburg 33703-2611.

Burman, Critton, Luttier & Coleman of West Palm Beach has changed its name to Critton, Luttier & Coleman. The name reflects the firm’s new leadership team of named partners Robert D. Critton, Jr., Mark T. Luttier, and Gregory W. Coleman; partner Benny Lebedeker; and associates Dean Xenick, Stephen Walker, Santo DiGangi, and Chris Bristow. The firm will continue to focus on commercial litigation; personal injury; auto accidents; insurance bad faith; marital and family law; sexual battery and assault; RICO; employment litigation; mass torts law; and legal malpractice.

Joseph D. Magrisso has joined Morgan, Lewis & Bockius in Miami as a labor and employment associate. Samuel W. Wardle has joined Morgan, Lewis & Bockius in Miami as a litigation associate.

Stanley A. Bunner, Jr., has joined Goede, Adamczyk & DeBoest in Naples as a civil litigation partner focusing in the areas of business, construction, and probate litigation.

David Roos of Henderson, Franklin, Starnes & Holt in Ft. Myers has been elected chair of the firm’s workers’ compensation practice.

Robert L. Dietz has formed Dietz Mediation in Orlando. Dietz Mediation provides mediation services with particular emphasis on insurance and labor-related mediation cases.

Matthew B. Taylor has joined Lewis Longman & Walker in its Tampa Bay office as an associate. Taylor practices in the area of complex construction, commercial, contract, and real estate litigation matters.

Amelia M. Campbell has joined Hill Ward Henderson in Tampa as a shareholder in the trusts and estates group. Campbell focuses on estate planning, estate and trust administration, and business succession planning.

Christine Irwin Parrish, Ty G. Roofner, and Catherine M. Verona have become partners with Burr & Forman. Parrish practices in the firm’s Orlando litigation group representing clients in financial services litigation, real estate litigation, construction litigation, and various other commercial disputes. Roofner is part of the firm’s Orlando corporate and tax group, where he focuses on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, early-stage and start-up companies, private equity, and corporate finance. Verona is a member of the Tampa product liability practice, handling the defense of auto and premises liability claims, civil rights litigation, and personal injury protection.

Yolyvee Y. “Yoly” Gordon has joined Himes & Hearn in Tampa as an associate practicing marital and family law.

Jaime D. Levine has joined von Briesen & Roper in Milwaukee as an associate in the firm’s business and corporate law practice group. Levine focuses in the areas of estate planning, and estate and trust administration.

Matthew C. Henning has become a partner with Thornton Davis & Fein in Miami. Henning focuses on all phases of litigation, including trials at the federal and state levels.

Jane S. Hunston has formed Jane S. Hunston, P.A., in Stuart. Her practice includes all aspects of transactional real estate, predominately in Palm Beach and Martin counties. Hunston is also a certified circuit civil and appellate mediator.

James C. Banks and Jennifer L, Sweeting and the law firm of Banks and Sweeting, P.A., have moved their office to 2810 Remington Green Circle, Tallahassee, 32308. Sweeting will continue to concentrate in marital and family law, wills and probate, and mediation services. She also provides parenting coordination. Banks remains with the firm as of counsel.
