Dear Senator Nelson and Senator Rubio:


Please be advised that the Middle District Conference of the Florida Federal Judicial Nominating Commission met in Orlando on September 9-10, 2013 to interview applicants for the position of U.S. District Judge and U.S. Attorney for the Middle District of Florida.

Pursuant to Rule 27 of the Commission's Rules of Procedure, I hereby certify the names of the four finalists for the position of U.S. District Judge: Paul Byron, William F. Jung, Carlos E. Mendoza and Waddell A. Wallace, III. I also certify the names of the three finalists for the position of U.S. Attorney: A. Lee Bentley, III, Roger B. Handberg and Curry Gary Pajcic.







Attached hereto is a copy of a letter dated September 11, 2013 from the undersigned to Senator Bill Nelson and Senator Marco Rubio which certifies the names of the finalists for the position of U.S. District Judge and U.S. Attorney, Middle District of Florida.
