Supreme Court’s Judicial Management Council of Florida: One lawyer to serve a 4-year term. The council shall consist of 15 voting members. In February 2012, the Florida Supreme Court recreated the Judicial Management Council (JMC) of Florida, an advisory body designed to assist the Supreme Court in identifying trends, potential crisis situations, and the means to address them. The JMC will become part of a loop that will assist the court with forward-looking vision in order to better fulfill its mission to protect rights and liberties, uphold and interpret the law, and provide for the peaceful resolution of disputes.
