Jonathan T. Gilbert has joined Colling, Gilbert, Wright & Carter in Orlando. Gilbert focuses on personal injury cases as well as medical malpractice, nursing home abuse/neglect, and wrongful death claims.

Becker & Poliakoff relocated its administrative headquarters to 1 East Broward Boulevard in downtown Ft. Lauderdale.

William “Bill” Hamilton of Quarles & Brady in Tampa was named the firm’s national e-discovery partner.

PeytonBolin, PL opened an office at 3505 Lake Lynda Drive, Suite 200, Orlando, 32817. The firm focuses on real estate and community association law.

Gini Lynn Jenkins joined Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith in Tampa as an associate in its general liability and products liability practice.

Gregory Gidus joined Burr & Forman in Tampa as an associate in the torts, insurance and product liability practice with a focus on insurance coverage.

Bill Foster joined Graves Injury Law Group in Vero Beach. Foster will concentrate in the areas of injury law, estate planning, real estate, and commercial litigation.

Nathaniel Dutt joined Broad and Cassel in Orlando as an associate in the affordable housing and tax credit practice group.

Justin Kaplan become a partner with Kluger, Kaplan, Silverman, Katzen & Levine in Miami. Kaplan focuses on complex business disputes and real estate litigation.

Cristofer A. Bennardo and Daniel R. Levine formed Bennardo Levine LLP, in Boca Raton, providing representation and counsel to businesses and individuals in all aspects of business; labor and employment; real estate; and wills, trusts and estates. Laura J. Cohen also joined the firm as an associate.

Carolina Sznajderman Sheir joined Gursky Ragan in Miami, where she will focus on community association law matters.

Elizabeth D. Moneymaker became a partner with Dickinson & Gibbons in Sarasota. Moneymaker focuses on construction litigation, insurance coverage, labor & employment law, motor vehicle negligence, personal injury litigation, premises liability, and product liability.

Scott Williams joined Holland & Knight in Jacksonville. Williams concentrates on business and real estate transactions, railroad and transportation matters, and public company governance and securities compliance.

Michael Schutt joined Fuentes & Berrio in Deerfield Beach, where he will focus on the litigation of personal injury, PIP, property, and construction disputes.

Amanda Fernandez joined Damian & Valori in Miami as an associate. Fernandez practices in the areas of complex business litigation, labor and employment litigation, receivership and securities litigation, and bankruptcy and creditors’ rights.

Matthew B.H. Bodie, Garth T. Cheek, and Seth Studer joined the Fourth Circuit Public Defender’s Office as assistant PDs. Bodie has been appointed to the county court unit. Cheek was appointed to the juvenile court unit. Studer joins the Clay County Office, handling misdemeanors.

John C. Lukacs, Sr., and Ofonedu–lme Goodwyn joined Hinshaw & Culbertson in Coral Gables. Lukacs joins as a partner and focuses on complex commercial and business litigation, as well as real estate and property rights. Goodwyn joins as an associate and focuses on the documentation of secured lending transactions, as well as the acquisition, disposition, development, and leasing of real property.
