The Family Law Section’s mission is to actively encourage and facilitate meaningful interactions, cooperation and the exchange of ideas between our state’s family law practitioners, members of the judiciary, students, affiliate members, state senators, state representatives and the governor in an effort to enhance the procedural and substantive laws governing our state’s family law matters, to enhance the practice of family law in our state, to enhance Florida’s judicial system, to enhance the legal assistance provided to Florida’s families and to ensure that Florida’s families have open and meaningful access to and obtain appropriate relief from our state court system.
