The Appellate Practice Section is an organization devoted to promoting excellence in Florida’s state and federal appellate courts. Its members include civil and criminal lawyers, plaintiff and defense lawyers, and others interested in the appellate process. The section encourages involvement in one or more of its committees — CLE, Legislative, Outreach, Pro Bono, Programs, Publications, Self Represented Litigant, Communications and History.
