The Environmental and Land Use Law Section of The Florida Bar provides a forum for attorneys to share in the technical and legal knowledge which relates to the field of environmental and land use law. The section provides numerous seminars and workshops as well as publications (The Section Reporter) on the environment and the use of land. The Section has also published a treatise “Florida Environmental and Land Use Law” as a comprehensive guide.
