The purpose of the Labor and Employment Law Section is to provide an organization within The Florida Bar open to all members in good standing who have a common interest in labor and employment law. The section provides a forum for discussion and exchange of ideas on management and labor issues leading to the promotion of justice in labor and employment law cases.
