ASSISTANT COUNTY ATTORNEY – Monroe County Attorney’s Office is looking for an attorney with construction law experience. Ideal candidate will have experience with procurement, contracting, permitting, and litigation involving public construction projects. Candidates with experience in civil litigation, risk management, environmental law, federal grant requirements, and/or general local government law experience may also be considered. Board certification in Construction Law and/or City, County, and Local Government law preferred. Salary range $70,295 to $147,423 depending upon qualifications and experience. Palm Beach County – Assistant County Attorney
The Palm Beach County Attorney’s Office is accepting applications for the position of an Assistant County Attorney. Membership in The Florida Bar is required. Excellent academic record and effective oral and written communication skills are essential. A minimum of five (5) years’ experience in Eminent Domain litigation is preferred, but exceptional candidates with less experience may be considered. Must have ability to represent the County in various areas of civil litigation. Experience in state or local government law is preferred.
