Law Office Management Consultant – Lawyer Regulation (LR), Attorney Consumer Assistance Program (ACAP)– Tallahassee, Florida
The Florida Bar’s LR, ACAP department is seeking an experienced candidate to provide diversion/discipline consultation services to law offices. The Law Office Management Consultant conducts court-ordered discipline and diversion consultations throughout the state, on all aspects of law practice management and prepares comprehensive reports on these administrative management consultations. This responsibility frequently includes handling highly confidential information relative to the review of law firm financial and other business records, trust accounts, conflict avoidance systems, calendaring systems, and other internal management information.
Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in business or related field and 5 years of professional experience in law office management/administration. At least one (1) year of supervisory experience is preferred. Related law office management experience may substitute for the degree on a year-for-year basis.
