Senior IT Support Specialist | IT Service Desk, IT Operations – Tallahassee, Florida
The Florida Bar’s IT Operations department is seeking an experienced Senior IT Support Specialist. The Senior IT Support Specialist Performs a variety of duties including one or more of the following: Administration for end user systems, applications, and services; software and assets management; perform tasks to support the organization’s information security program; provide tier II troubleshooting; provide remote and onsite technical support for all of The Florida Bar branch offices. The qualified candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree in one of the computer sciences or related degree and three (3) years of technical troubleshooting in an enterprise help desk or service desk environment. Additional related experience may substitute for the degree on a year-for-year basis.
Salary starts at $58,225.00 with excellent benefits and pension.
